Payment Terms:

• Individuals: Pre-pay by check, money order, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)
• Public Schools (USA): May order by Purchase Order which must bear purchase order number and proper signature. Payment terms net 30. May also order by phone or website and pay by credit card.
  • School purchase orders cannot be placed online; however, you may select your items online and print your shopping cart to assist in placing your purchase order with your school system.  Shipping charges will be added upon receipt of the purchase order.
  • All orders should include: quantity, item code, description, unit price, and total along with complete Billing and Shipping Address.
• Canadian Schools: Pre-pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).

Customer Service:

• Satisfaction is guaranteed.
• Returns:  If there is a problem with your order, the customer must contact us withing 30 days of receipt of merchandise.  Upon authorized return of the items in new condition, refund/credit/exchange will be made.  Refunds will exclude shipping cost unless problem was due to product defect or our error.
